  What do you do for work and play?

  im just wondering what kind of work people who post here do.

  i believe amazing is a mechanical engineer (like me), xena is an office manager and you know washes windows.

  and when youre not working, what does everyone do with their free time now that they dont have to knock on doors when the weekend rolls around.

  I am a counselor at 3 second stage shelter for battered women. I write and lecture when possible.

  probably not agnostic

  I'm soooo confused

  Actually I am comfortable where I am now. If there is some judgement than God knows what is in my heart and how I live. And he would understand my lack of desire to be join some organized religion. I probably follow Christian morality closer now than I did as a dub.

  Well I was still a dub when this came in Canada. My ex would pick up the mags because he had the $$$ I think in all my years as a married woman in the borg I never put $$ in the box. He took care of that and I never asked. Gads I sound like the submissive one don't I Well..... I was! LOL

  Are the MEN apostates more imp. than the WOMEN?

  well, here are my thoughts on the subject.

  we sit here and bash the wbts for having gender separation, but what about us apostates?

  do the women apostates carry as much weight as the men, and why do you say so?

  In Canada I can think of a couple of women who have done a lot to help people out of the borg Grace/Mouthy is one of them. She has run a support group for those leaving for a long time now. She has been interviewed a couple of times that I know of. One audio interview is on-line and the other was an hour long interview for a documantary film series The Walking Wounded. I seem to have lost the link for that so Grace if you still have it I would love to know where that link is.

  Grace did the second of three interviews. The first was Dr Penton and I was the third. I have spoken publically on numerous occasions and wrote a column for an ex-cult newsletter for a while. Plus I do my bit whereever I can on the net including my web page.

  I think that it isn't so much that the women aren't doing it - we just aren't so militant about it and therefore get overlooked. Reality is the loudest usually get most of the attention. That being said I plan to get louder
